These terms govern your use of the Cedari AI website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this website is

Cedari AI is building a product that isn't generally available yet. This website describes what we're building and lets you join a waitlist or apply to be a design partner. Joining doesn't guarantee access to the product, a beta, or design-partner status. Access to the product itself will be covered by separate terms that you'll accept at the time.

Joining the waitlist

• Give accurate information, and sign up only with an email address you control.
• We may accept, decline or remove any signup at our discretion.
• By joining, you agree that we may email you about the waitlist, beta and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, automated or bulk signups, or anyone else's email without permission
• Try to access, probe or disrupt our systems, databases or other users' data
• Scrape, copy or reuse the site's content for a competing product
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights

Product information and forward-looking statements

The site describes planned features, integrations and performance targets, such as setup times, quote accuracy and response times. These are goals, not guarantees or measured results. Features, pricing and timelines may change or may not ship. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment.

Third-party names and links

We mention third-party companies, products and protocols, such as Shopify, OpenAI, MCP, UCP, ACP and AP2, only to identify them. Those names belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they are affiliated with, endorse or partner with Cedari AI. We link to outside sources for reference and aren't responsible for their content.

Our content

The site's text, design, logo and graphics belong to Cedari AI or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cedari AI isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and we'll change the effective date above when we do. We may change, suspend or shut down the site or waitlist at any time. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
