Cedari never stores card numbers. Payments run on the merchant's hosted checkout through regulated payment providers. Every order needs explicit buyer approval, is tied to a signed, expiring quote, and is logged end to end. The merchant stays the seller of record, just like any other order.
No. Merchants keep Shopify as the source of truth; orders, fulfillment and payouts stay where they are. Developers keep their agent stack; Cedari is one more tool, not a rewrite. It's designed to sit alongside Shopify Catalog, UCP and ACP, not replace them.
